Monday
- Arch Street Tavern (Hartford) – Hartford Jazz Orchestra performs every Monday evening at 8pm.
- Black-eyed Sally’s with Hartford Jazz Society (Hartford) – Jazz Mondays. Feature artist followed by jam session from 8pm – 11pm.

Cafe Nine (New Haven) – New Haven Jazz Underground presents every Monday evening starting at 7pm. No cover. Age 21+

The Flying Monkey (Newington) – Jazz every Monday evening 6pm – 9pm
- Never Ending Books (New Haven) – New Haven Improvisers Collective, Improvised Music Workshop on the last Monday of the month at 8 pm
Tuesday
- Black-eyed Sally’s (Hartford) – Michael Palin’s Other Orchestra (an 18-piece big band) performs every Tuesday from 8pm – 10pm
- Jazz Haven Sessions (New Haven) – Weekly Tuesday night jam session, rotating between Three Sheets New Haven and Pacific Standard Tavern. Check jazzhaven.org calendar for more info.
Wednesday
- The Half Door (Hartford) – The Bruce Gregori Quartet hosts Jazz and Jam every Wednesday at 8:30pm
- Harvest Wine Bar (New Haven) and Blue Plate Radio present jazz every Wednesday from 7pm-9:30pm. No cover and no minimum.
- The Owl Shop (New Haven) – The Gil Hawkins Collective plays every Wednesday evening from 9 pm to midnight. The group leads the hottest jazz jam session in the area.
Thursday

Casa Mia at the Hawthorne (Berlin) – Rob Zappulla presents contemporary and standard big band jazz every Thursday, 7:30-9:30pm. Free admission
- Scena Wine Bar (Darien) – Blue Plate Radio presents live jazz every Thursday from 7-9:30pm
Friday
- Casona (Hartford) – Latin jazz every Friday from 6:30 to 9:30 (no cover).
- The Flying Monkey (Newington) – Jazz every Friday evening 7pm – 10pm
- J House Greenwich (Greenwich) – Every Friday, 7:00pm live jazz with Albert Rivera Trio
- The Press (Hartford) – different piano and bass duos perform every Friday evening from 5pm – 8pm. Musicians are invited to come by and sit in.
- Smokin’ with Chris (Southington) – Live music Fri, Sat nights. Check their calendar for jazz listings.
Saturday
- Cafe Nine (New Haven) – jazz jams every Saturday afternoon from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM (No Cover)
