1. By mail: Simply download the Membership Form (PDF), fill it out and mail it back with your check or your credit card information. You can select a HJS recording (Vol 1, 2 or none) in either CD or digital download format.

2. By credit card: Please complete the form below. You can select a HJS recording (Vol 1, 2 or none) in either CD or digital download format and also choose either a one or two year membership. (Clicking the “Submit” button takes you to the Paypal site, where you can securely use any major credit card or PayPal account to complete your membership payment).
