The Saturday Afternoon Jazz Jam is one of the longest running traditions at Cafe Nine. Each week join a new house band as they play a set before it opens up into an open jam. Bring your instrument and come sit in with the band! Admission is always free and children/youngsters are always welcome.

The Bob Ahern Quartet featuring Jazz drummer Bob Ahern will be performing the last Saturday of every month for 2025 at the legendary Lighthouse Inn in New London. Each month, Bob features a different Jazz celebrity. Great jazz venue and restaurant.
